| Sweden won the group. In Poland's final match they only required a point to secure second place, however they lost 2-0 to Sweden. England and Poland were tied for second place on points however in their head-to-head record England came out on top with a 3-1 win and a 0-0 draw. Both England and Sweden went out in the Group stage of Euro 2000. |
